If not, the amplitude can be adjusted. When adjusting, turn off the power first, remove the shield on the exciter, and then rotate the balance weight on the shaft of the exciter to change the exciting force generated by the exciter.
Put the balance weight on the same percentage position of the exciter, and then lock the eccentric weight, the adjustment of the amplitude is completed. In addition, the vibration amplitude can also be changed by directly adjusting the weight of the balance weight or the angle between the eccentric weights at both ends of the shaft.
Choice of amplitude:
Generally, the amplitude is selected by the particle size and properties of the material to be screened, and different amplitudes and frequencies are selected for different operating conditions. The larger the size of the vibrating screen, the larger the selected vibration amplitude. When the particle size of the processed material is large, the vibration amplitude will also increase accordingly.
In addition, it should be selected according to the nature of the material. For example, when the linear screen is used for classification, the amplitude should be slightly larger, and when it is used for dehydration, the amplitude should be smaller.
