1. It starts to alarm every morning and night, and the pressure of the lubrication system is high. The main reason is that when the ambient temperature is close to zero, the lubricating oil becomes viscous due to temperature changes and has poor fluidity. Although the heating system is turned on in the oil tank, it is heated. The area is limited, and the temperature of the oil inside the tank is not uniform. Although the set value of the oil pump is reached, the hot oil in the oil tank will pass through the circulation system, flow through the internal circulation of the host equipment, and then return to the hydraulic station. At this time, the detection temperature will gradually decrease and the alarm will appear again.
Don’t panic if this kind of alarm occurs, this phenomenon is not a fault of the heating system, it is a normal phenomenon. It is because when the heated lubricating oil starts to flow through the host equipment, part of the heat will be absorbed, so the oil temperature display will suddenly drop at this time. About 30 minutes after the cycle is turned on, the basic balance will be reached. If the oil tank temperature is low and the alarm is issued, you can continue to wait for the oil tank to be heated. After the oil temperature reaches the set value for the oil pump to start again, turn on the lubricating pump again and continue the cycle heating until the oil temperature equalizes the pressure. smooth.
2. For the equipment normally used in normal times, when it enters winter or encounters weather conditions such as sudden drop in temperature, the host equipment is prone to abnormal situations such as oil splashing and oil leakage. Among them, the multi-cylinder machine mainly shows oil leakage at the lower part of the balance ring and oil throwing at the upper part of the balance ring Two situations.
According to the location of the oil leakage, the analysis and judgment of the cause of the oil leakage are also very different. Although there are many factors that can cause the oil leakage of the main engine on site, there are basically two main reasons: if the oil leakage location observed on site is below the balance ring, And the amount of oil leakage is not large. This situation is generally caused by the excessive air intake of the air compressor and dustproof fan. Or temporarily turn off the air supply to verify the cause of the oil leakage. If the situation improves obviously, you can continue to adjust and observe until the problem is eliminated. If the air volume is turned down or even turned off, there is still oil leakage, the oil leakage trace is obvious and the oil leakage is large. At this time, it should be considered that there is a problem with the U-shaped seal of the frame body, which is caused by degumming or wear, and the sealing effect is reduced. Oil leakage, the solution is to directly disassemble the machine and replace the seal.
The entire adjustment process and adjustment principles must be communicated with the person in charge of the site in order to prepare for the needs of daily site operation and maintenance. If the oil leakage position is on the upper part of the balance ring, the general oil leakage state will splash and fall on the inner wall circumference of the frame parallel to the plane height of the balance ring. On-site observation can show traces of oil flowing downward at a uniform height. In this case, if It is a problem at the commissioning site of the new machine, which can be solved by checking whether the drop position of the oil return pipeline is unobstructed, whether the air intake volume of the high-pressure dust-proof device is appropriate, and other adjustments. If the effect is not improved obviously, you can also gradually adjust the pressure relief valve by observing the oil supply pressure of the reference lubricating pump to control the lubricating oil flow of the main engine, and finally achieve the normal use effect of the equipment.
