The rotor of the hammer crusher is mainly composed of a main shaft, a hammer disc, a hammer head, a hammer shaft, a spacer, a locking device, a bearing, a bearing seat, a sealing device, a pulley, etc. Among them, the rotor main shaft is the most important. The main shaft of the hammer crusher rotor is equipped with a flat key, two discs, a spacer, a rocker arm, and a toothed and circular ring hammer.

However, in daily production, the rotor of the hammer crusher often has one or another problem such as:

1. The initial imbalance of the hammer crusher rotor.

2. The main shaft of the hammer crusher rotor is deformed, bent, and unbalanced. Reason: It may be due to long-term crushing operations.

3. Repair and replacement of the hammer head on the hammer crusher rotor. Reason: The hammer head of the hammer crusher wears very quickly, and it needs to be replaced naturally after a long time of use. The arrangement of hammer heads of hammer crusher is strictly carried out according to a certain weight ratio. If some hammer heads are seriously worn, the rotation of the rotor will be seriously unbalanced, resulting in damage to the machine and equipment and affecting production efficiency.

4. Wear of hammer crusher rotor bearings, etc.

Once the rotor of hammer crusher encounters the above situations, it needs to be replaced, so how to replace it? Crusher rotor replacement plan (taking the replacement of slag crusher rotor as an example):

1. Adjustment of the gap between the rotor and the impact liner. When the slag crusher rotor is running, the gap between the rotor and the impact liner cannot be adjusted. If the material is trapped between the impact plate and the plate shell in blocks, the impact frame can be slightly lifted before re-adjusting the gap, so that the block feed will become loose and the impact frame is easy to adjust.

2. Replacement of wearing parts. When replacing wearing parts, open the rear upper frame first, then remove the connecting bolts between the rear upper frame and the middle box, and then slowly open the rear upper frame.

3. Replacement of plate hammer. First, use the flap device to open the rear upper frame, then turn the rotor by hand, turn the hammer to be adjusted or replaced to the inspection door, and then fix the rotor.

4. Replace the impact liner. After opening the rear upper cover, remove the cotter pins, slotted nuts, and bolts used to fix the impact liner, and then replace the worn impact liner.

5. Adjustment of the liner. The rear upper frame must be opened to adjust the slag crusher liner. All liners are allowed to be interchanged in areas with heavier wear and areas with lighter wear.
