Advantages: low investment cost. The production line is equipped with an impact crusher in the medium and fine crushing stage, with low initial investment cost.
Disadvantages: The impact crusher uses impact force to crush materials and is suitable for crushing medium-soft materials. Granite has high hardness and high silicon content. The wear-resistant parts such as impact plates and lining plates of the impact crusher are seriously worn. Spare parts are frequently replaced in the later period, which increases maintenance costs. .
2. Feeder + jaw crusher + cone crusher + vibrating screen
Advantages: The production line is equipped with a cone crusher in the medium and fine crushing stage. The cone crusher adopts the laminated crushing principle. In addition to the rolling mortar wall crushing the materials, the materials crush each other through extrusion. The crushing efficiency is high and the finished product has good particle shape. The crushing effect is better than that of impact crusher.
Disadvantages: The initial investment cost of cone crusher is high.
To sum up, the cone crusher is more suitable for crushing granite.
