When the hammer crusher rotor needs to be replaced, how to replace it? Crusher rotor replacement plan (taking slag crusher rotor replacement as an example):
1. Adjustment of the gap between the rotor and the counterattack lining plate. When the slag crusher rotor is running, the gap between the rotor and the impact lining cannot be adjusted. If the material stays in pieces between the impact plate and the plate shell, the impact frame can be slightly raised before readjusting the gap. In this way, the lumped material will become loose and the impact frame can be easily adjusted.
2. Replacement of wearing parts. When replacing wearing parts, open the rear upper shelf first, then remove the connecting bolts between the rear upper shelf and the middle box, and then slowly open the rear upper shelf.
3. Replacement of plate hammer. First use the flip device to open the rear upper frame, then turn the rotor by hand, turn the plate hammer that needs to be adjusted or replaced to the access door, and then fix the rotor.
4. Replacement of counterattack lining. After opening the rear upper cover, remove the cotter pins, slotted nuts, and bolts used to fix the counterattack liner, and then the worn counterattack liner can be replaced.
5. Adjustment of lining board. The adjusted slag crusher liners need to be opened and put on the shelf. All liners are allowed to be interchanged in areas with heavy wear and areas with light wear.
