1. Adjust the speed or diameter of the rotor.
By increasing the speed of the rotor or increasing the diameter of the rotor at the same speed, the kinetic energy of the material can be increased, the grinding time can be extended, and the particle size of the product can be adjusted;
2. Adjust the stone supply flow.
Change the overflow supply flow rate through the distributor to change the particle size composition of the product, thereby improving the crusher’s passing capacity;
3. Adjust the feed gradation.
The size of the supplied materials directly affects the size of the finished materials. Therefore, by supplying the right raw stone, the quality of the finished product can be improved.
