1. When the impact crusher is in use, grease should be filled with dry oil pump on time, and molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease should be added once per shift. Replace the grease once every 2,000 hours of operation. The bearings and bearing chambers should be cleaned. When assembling the bearing seat to the chassis, pay attention to the position of the oil inlet and outlet (top in and bottom out); when the equipment is running, the screw plug of the oil outlet pipe must be unscrewed. to allow the hot grease to flow out.
2. Pay attention to the temperature rise of the bearing at any time, and eliminate any abnormalities in time.
3. If there is any abnormal sound when the impact crushing equipment is running, it should be stopped in time for inspection.
4. Check each fastener regularly and tighten loose bolts in time.
5. The sealing ring and sealing strip should be replaced regularly to ensure the sealing effect.
6. The shift record should be filled in when handing over the shift. For example: the wear degree of wearing parts such as hammer head, impact plate, material rejection bar, material rejection lining plate, bearing temperature, product granularity, equipment operation status, etc.
