At this time, use tools such as fine files to remove burrs, eliminate short-circuiting of silicon steel sheets, clean up, apply insulating varnish, and heat and dry.
2. When working at high temperature, regularly check the loose connection between the motor iron core and the frame, and tighten the original positioning screws. If the positioning screw fails, re-drill and tap the positioning hole on the machine base, and tighten the positioning screw. Bearing defect maintenance The rotating shaft is supported and rolled by bearings, which is the part with the heaviest load and a part that is easy to wear.
A well-designed motor will also produce an electrical power loss of about 5%. This includes mechanical friction, insulation leakage, conductor loss, etc., all of which are turned into heat energy, which makes the temperature of the motor itself increase when it is running. If the area of the iron shell of the motor is not enough to dissipate the heat, a ventilation device must be added inside or outside the machine to keep the temperature of the motor not exceeding the safe value.
