The crusher is the main equipment used in the ore crushing production line. During use, due to improper operation or inadequate maintenance, malfunctions will occur, thus affecting the production efficiency of the entire production line. When the crusher fails, we must find the cause and solve the problem as soon as possible.
Cause of failure: The crusher vibrates greatly
1. The rotor is unbalanced. In this case, the rotor needs to be statically balanced.
2. If the connecting bolts of the machine cover, cylinder, chassis, etc. are loose, tighten the connecting bolts of the machine cover, cylinder, chassis, etc.;
3. If the bearing is damaged, the bearing needs to be replaced.
Cause of failure: There is abnormal impact sound and large vibration in the crusher
1. If an iron block or unbreakable object enters the machine, stop the machine and take out the iron block or unbreakable object;
2. The lining plate is not close to the cylinder, tighten the lining plate bolts;
3. The hammer head or lining plate is broken, the hammer head or lining plate is broken;
4. If the gap is too small and the hammer head collides with the liner, use a grinding wheel to grind off the excess to make the gap appropriate.
Cause of failure: Bearing temperature is too high
1. Poor lubrication, severe wear due to lack of oil, and grease hardening and failure. Clean the oil circuit and bearings and refill or change oil, and select appropriate grease;
2. If the bearing is damaged, replace the bearing in time.
Reasons for the failure: The spindle speed slows down, the motor current increases, and the output is low.
1. The material has a large moisture content. Control the moisture content of materials to no more than 5%;
2. The V-belt is too loose. Adjust the triangle belt to make it moderately tight;
3. Uneven feeding or material blocking. Control feeding and feed evenly.
Cause of failure: Large discharging granularity
1. The gap between the hammer head and the impact plate is too large. Adjust the gap between the hammer head and the impact plate in time;
2. The hammer head and impact plate are seriously worn. Replace hammer head and impact plate.
Cause of failure: Increase in temperature of motor bearings
1. The bearing is poorly lubricated. Clean bearings, add or replace lubricating oil;
2. If the bearing is damaged, replace the bearing in time;
3. The V-belt is pulled too tight. Adjust the triangle belt to make it appropriately tight.
