7. The temperature inside the frame bearing seat or movable jaw rises too high
cause of issue:
1) The bearing is out of oil or too much oil is filled;
2) The oil hole is blocked, and the oil cannot be added;
3) The position of the fly groove wheel counterweight is deviated and the frame jumps;
4) Axial movement of the adapter bushing;
5) Bearing wear or cage damage, etc.;
6) The friction between the movable jaw seal sleeve and the end cover generates heat, or the two embedded covers of the frame bearing rotate together with the main shaft, causing friction and heat.
Solution:
1) Refuel on time and quantitatively according to the instructions;
2) Clean up the blockage on the oil hole and oil tank;
3) Adjust the position of the counterweight of the flywheel;
4) Tighten the adapter bushing;
5) Replace the bearings;
6) Replace the end cap and sealing sleeve, or loosen the upper bearing cap on the heating end of the bearing seat of the frame, then use a fuse as a gasket and the embedded cover to press into the bearing seat of the frame, and then fix the upper bearing cover to eliminate the embedded cover. cover rotation.
8. The axis of the flywheel swings left and right
cause of issue:
1) The flywheel hole, eccentric shaft or flat key is worn, causing the fit to become loose;
2) The stone rolled into the inner side of the fly groove wheel, causing the fly groove wheel shell to crack;
3) There are casting defects in the flying sheave;
4) The expansion sleeve of the flywheel is loose.
Solution:
1) If the flat key is worn, replace the flat key, or replace the eccentric shaft or flywheel;
2) Add a protective cover for the flywheel and replace the eccentric shaft or flywheel;
3) Replace the flywheel;
4) Re-tighten the expansion sleeve.
