Maintenance and correct operation points that should be paid attention to when using the tooth roller crusher:
1. Pay attention to check the tightening of the bolts of each component. If looseness is found, tighten it immediately.
2. The crusher must be started first, and then the material is fed into the machine after the speed is normal. The procedure is reversed when stopping.
3. Check the discharge port regularly. If any blockage is found, it should be cleared in time.
4. During operation, you should always observe whether there are abnormal impact sounds, friction sounds and strong vibrations.
5. The bearing temperature should be controlled, and its maximum temperature should not exceed 80°C.
6. The machine should not be overloaded, and the motor current changes should be monitored at any time. It is not allowed to exceed the rated value, and the motor temperature should not exceed 85°C.
7. The bearing seat should be refueled regularly. The bearing should be cleaned with kerosene once every 3 months of operation, and grease should be injected after cleaning.
8. Check whether all bolts are loose before work.
9. Regularly check the gear roller gap. When the discharge granularity does not meet the requirements, the machine should be stopped to adjust the gear roller gap (note that the two ends should be synchronized during adjustment, and the out-of-synchronization error should be within the alignment range of the bearing to prevent the bearing or Other parts are damaged) to ensure safe and accurate adjustment of the distance between the two toothed rollers.
10. Pay attention to check the wear degree of the tooth plate. When the tooth plate is worn and cannot reach the discharging granularity, the tooth plate should be replaced in time. Replacement method: Open the access doors on both sides of the equipment, remove the fixing bolts at both ends of the roller, punch out the fixed oblique key between the base plate and the tooth plate, take out the tooth plate piece by piece and replace it; after replacing the new tooth plate, insert the oblique key and connect the two plates. The ends are fixed with bolts. After one week of operation, stop the machine and tighten all bolts.
