First, the vibrating screen needs to be replaced regularly, usually once a year. The parts that need to be replaced mainly include linings, screen surfaces, etc. Among them, the vibration motor must be disassembled and inspected, and the electric bearings must be oiled in time;
Secondly, the screen grid of the vibrating screen should be checked regularly, mainly the screen surface to see if there is any damage or unevenness, and to ensure that the screen holes are not blocked;
Thirdly, the inspection of the sealing strip should also be paid attention to. The sealing strip will mainly be worn or defective. If there is, it must be replaced in time;
Finally, the things to be checked in each shift are relatively fixed and need to be remembered. They mainly include the screen grid clamping device, feed box and screen body support device. The screen grid clamping device and feed box are mainly checked for looseness; the screen body support is mainly observed for whether the hollow rubber pad has obvious deformation. If the rubber pad is damaged or over-flattened, both hollow rubber pads must be replaced at the same time.
