The vibrating screen is an important link in the mining construction process and an important equipment for screening and grading materials. Therefore, strengthening the maintenance of the vibrating screen is an important way to achieve long-term operation of the vibrating screen.
First of all, the vibrating screen needs to be replaced regularly, usually once a year. The main components that need to be replaced include lining plates, screen surfaces, etc. Among them, the vibration motor must be disassembled and inspected, and the oil of the electric bearing must be changed in a timely manner;
Secondly, the vibrating screen grid should be inspected regularly. The main inspection is the screen surface to see if it is damaged or uneven, and make sure that the screen holes are not blocked;
Thirdly, you should also pay attention to the inspection of the sealing strip. The sealing strip will mainly appear worn or defective. If it exists, it must be replaced in time;
Finally, the things to be inspected in each shift are relatively fixed and need to be kept in mind. They mainly include the sieve grid pressing device, the feed box and the sieve body support device. The screen grid pressing device and feed box are mainly checked for looseness; the screen body support is mainly checked for obvious deformation of the hollow rubber pads. If the rubber pads are damaged or excessively flattened, two hollow rubber pads must be replaced at the same time.
