4. Too much material is fed. 5. The size of the ore discharge port is inappropriate. When the size of the discharge port of the jaw crusher is improper, it is easy to cause the crushed materials to be discharged too late, resulting in blockage of the materials, affecting the crushing of the materials, aggravating the blockage of the materials, and causing uneven crushing of the materials.
6. The working site voltage is too low. When the working voltage of the crushing site is too low, it cannot provide production conditions for the normal crushing of the jaw crusher, and the crushing power is insufficient, resulting in uneven particle size of the crushed product.
7. Wear between parts. The gap between the movable jaw and the bearing is too large after wear, causing the outer ring of the bearing to rotate relative to each other. At this time, it is necessary to replace the bearing, the movable jaw or take other feasible measures to reduce the gap between the movable jaw and the bearing.
When the jaw crusher works for a period of time, regular maintenance must be carried out. If the broken parts are found to be worn, the movable jaw and bearing should be replaced immediately to make the crushing particle size uniform.
