1. Working principle

2. The exciter is different
The linear vibrating screen is also called a double-axis vibrating screen, because the linear vibrating screen is an exciting force generated by a double motor, so that the material is thrown on the screen and moves forward in a straight line at the same time; while the circular vibrating screen is also called a single-axis vibrating screen. The sieve, because its exciter has only one shaft, uses an eccentric block as the exciting force.
3. Different efficiency
The material of the linear vibrating screen moves in a straight line on the screen surface. If the wet viscosity of the material is large or the feeding is uneven, the material will block the screen hole; while the circular vibrating screen uses an eccentric block as the excitation force (its excitation force Force is relatively strong), and then do a circular motion, so the material is relatively dispersed and has a strong bouncing force, even if it is stuck in the screen hole, it can jump out, greatly reducing the blocking rate of the screen hole, and the efficiency is relatively higher.
4. Different fields of application
Linear vibrating screens are mainly used for screening fine-grade materials with light specific gravity and low hardness, and are widely used in light industry, metallurgy, coal and other industries; circular vibrating screens are mainly used for screening coarse-grade materials with large specific gravity and high hardness. It is more suitable for screening sand and gravel in quarries, and can also be used in coal preparation, mineral processing, electric power, chemical industry and some other industries.
Linear vibrating screens are more suitable for small-scale mining or screening of finer materials, and are generally used to process more materials around 2mm; circular vibrating screens are suitable for large-scale mining, and are generally used to process materials around 5mm.
